  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide information regarding products and services.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
  • Document call details and resolution in the system.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment requiring telephone communication.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, attentive, patient, and able to work under pressure.
