Description
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Edu not required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience Level: At least 6 months BPO experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficiency in English, excellent problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, reliable, and professional with a positive attitude.
