  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide product information and support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Edu not required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience Level: At least 6 months BPO experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficiency in English, excellent problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
