The Data Encoder is responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data into various software and databases. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency with data entry tools, and the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Input and update data into computer systems, spreadsheets, or databases.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Verify and correct errors in data entries.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Prepare reports based on the data input and update them as necessary.
Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy.
Adhere to company data entry policies and protocols.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure data is up-to-date.
Provide regular feedback to supervisors on data entry tasks.
Handle confidential information in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

With valid original barangay and police clearance
Strong customer service skills are an advantage
Detail-oriented and adept at customer interaction
All genders are welcome
Trustworthy with a pleasant personality
18 years old and above
High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High, or higher
Experience is a plus, but candidates without experience are welcome if willing to be trained
Ability to work on a shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holidays
