- A Data Encoder is responsible for accurately entering and updating data into computer systems or databases. Their primary tasks revolve around the accurate input, storage, and maintenance of data in various forms, ensuring it is readily accessible and properly organized for analysis or reporting purposes.
- Job Title: Data Encoder
- Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain data in systems or databases. This could involve entering numerical, textual, or other types of information.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data, checking for errors or inconsistencies in records.
- Database Maintenance: Organize and categorize data within databases for easy access and retrieval.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation of data entry processes and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
- Reporting: Prepare reports from the entered data when necessary, providing basic analysis or summaries.
- Data Review: Regularly review data entries to verify correctness and consistency.
Requirements
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- Physically fit
- With valid original barangay and police clearance
- Good with customer service is an edge
- Detail-oriented, and good with customers
