Description
- A Data Encoder is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in a company’s database or information system.
- They ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of data while following organizational standards and guidelines.
- Input, update, and maintain accurate records in databases or spreadsheets.
- Verify and cross-check data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality following company policies.
- Retrieve and organize data as needed for reports or analysis.
- Perform regular backups and data archiving.
Requirements
- Must be atleast high school graduate
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- Good with customer service is an edge
- With or without experience
- Full time workers only
- Willing to work on shifting hours
- With valid original barangay and police clearance
