- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

- Participate in training sessions and update knowledge on products.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in customer service or support roles.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work opportunities.
- Qualities: Empathetic, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
