Position Title: In-House Video and Graphics Designer

Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and skilled In-House Video and Graphics Designer to join our team. This role will primarily involve creating compelling visual content through video production, event coverage, product photography, and graphics design. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in video editing, photography, and graphic design, along with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Video Production:
• Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce high-quality videos for various purposes including marketing campaigns, events, and internal communications.
• Shoot and edit videos, ensuring content meets brand guidelines and objectives.
• Manage video post-production tasks such as editing, color grading, sound editing, and adding visual effects as necessary.
• Event Coverage:
• Capture events through photography and videography, ensuring key moments and highlights are documented effectively.
• Edit event footage into cohesive and engaging videos suitable for promotional use and internal distribution.
• Product Photography:
• Photograph products for marketing materials, website content, and social media, ensuring high-quality images that highlight product features and benefits.
• Edit and retouch product images to enhance visual appeal and consistency across platforms.
• Graphics Production:
• Design graphics for various purposes including digital and print media, such as logos, banners, social media posts, and advertisements.
• Create visually appealing layouts and templates for presentations, reports, and promotional materials.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video editor, photographer, and graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), and photography equipment.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and branding.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Film Production, Graphic Design, Photography, or related field.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
• Knowledge of current trends in digital media and design.
