Responsibilities ：

• Develop and implement strategic account plans for key modern trade partners (e.g. SM, Robinsons, Puregold)
• Lead annual negotiations, joint business planning (JBP), and trade term agreement
• Track sales performance, ROI, pricing structure, and ensure trade compliance
• Coordinate with internal functions (sales, logistics,) to ensure flawless execution of promotions, deliveries, and display plans
• Regularly conduct business reviews and performance tracking with key accounts
• Propose tailored strategies based on channel insights and consumer behavior

Qualifications ：

• Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 2 years handling modern trade key accounts
• Strong negotiation, planning, and data analytics skills, with proven ROI thinking
• Solid knowledge of Philippines modern trade landscape and account operations
• Experience in baby care or diaper categories is highly preferred
• Fluent in English; local language proficiency is a plus
