JOB SUMMARY:

The Business Development Officer is responsible for supporting strategic sales initiatives, developing key partnerships, and managing business development activities. Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to independently manage accounts and opportunities. The role involves close collaboration with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.  


KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Support partnership development by managing technical, pricing, and business discussions. 

• Serve as the primary account contact, overseeing onboarding, customer service, retention, and revenue growth. 

• Build strong partner relationships, resolve issues quickly, and gather feedback to drive improvements. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions and meet revenue targets. 

• Identify new partnership opportunities and assist in developing go-to-market strategies. 

• Represent the company in meetings, client engagements, and industry events as needed. 

• Support critical operations, including working extended hours when needed. 

职位要求

• College graduate 

• A degree in business or a technical field is an advantage

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer-facing and business development role 

• Fintech or banking industry experience preferred 

• Strong background in sales, partnerships, and financial product integration 

• Experience in contract management, customer relationship growth, and regulatory compliance 

• Successful track record in meeting revenue targets and managing complex projects 

• Experience working with financial regulatory bodies (BSP, BancNet, etc.) 

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills 

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation abilities 

• Critical thinking and advanced analytical skills 

• Ability to synthesize complex requirements into actionable solutions 

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized 

• Capable of independently leading cross-functional teams 


Benefits:

・Monthly Allowances: Php8,550 (Php5,500 of which will be given starting on probationary employment while Php3,050 non-taxable will be given upon regularization)

・Guaranteed Bonus equivalent to 2.20 months of the basic pay.

・Non-Guaranteed Performance Bonus: the amount depends on the individual performance rating and the company’s overall business performance

・Vacation Leave: 15 days, 10 days of which are convertible into cash, non-taxable

・Sick Leave: 15 days, 5 days of which are convertible into cash, taxable. Any unused SL credits will be carried over to the following year up to 30 days.

・Emergency Leave: 5 days, included in 15 days SL.

・Healthcare Plan, including 3 qualified dependents

・Group Life Insurance: monthly basic pay x 24 months

・2x a week Company lunch

・Daily shuttle service: from Ayala to BGC, vice versa


Work schedule: Monday to Friday (Flex schedule between core time)


Interview process: First Online Interview, then Final F2F Interview
